("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

Intuitive and psychic coaching, healing, and energy work (1-1 and group programs). Art work, digital products and downloads.

2. Payments

Upfront Payments: For most services and products, payments are required upfront unless otherwise stated.

Installments: For some services, we may offer payment plans in installments. Installment plans must be arranged and agreed upon before service commencement. Late Payment Fees: A 20% late payment fee will be applied if payments are overdue by 14 days after the due date. We reserve the right to suspend services until payments are made in full, including any late fees.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

1-1 Sessions: Clients may reschedule a 1-1 session with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

However, exceptions will be made for circumstances beyond the client’s control, such as sickness or family crises. For rescheduling, the client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without penalty. If adequate notice is not given, the session may be forfeited.

Jo the Channel has the right to move sessions should she not be able to fulfil her obligation on the time and date should something arise out of their control.

4. Refund and Return Policy

No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final for all services and products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchases are made. Should there be dissatisfaction with the service delivered then the first thing the client should do is to contact Jo the Channel to discuss concerns so that the issue can be resolved.

Jo the Channel has the right to cancel the contract should there be concerns that the client is no longer deemed suitable for the container or the programme, including where the client is disrespectful or reveals a medical concern that Jo the Channel is unqualified to resolve. In these instances, the client will be refunded a percentage of the full payment depending on how much of the service they have received compared to the full programme and how much the client has outstanding to pay if there is an installment plan in place.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and artwork provided by Jo the Channel are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content or materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services, products, and content are provided for spiritual, personal development, and educational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate information and quality services, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes. By using our services, you acknowledge that results may vary.

Jo the Channel will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
