Jo began her journey in childhood. She was very connected as a child and would speak light language with her friends and in her own company, believing she was making up foreign languages.

Over time, this began to fade, and even though Jo was still very connected and interested in all things spiritual, it wasn't until 2013 that she truly began to understand the depth of her connection.

Jo went through a very difficult period between 2013 and 2017 where she faced into some of the darkest times of her life. All of this prepared her for what she now experiences every day in her daily life and business.

Jo has been channelling her guides and light language for many years and spent 25 years as a Police Detective before retiring in 2025.
