Jo doesn't just channel frequencies she has walked through human systems built to suppress them.
From police investigations to being a master channeller, she sees shadow from the inside out.
Before Jo became The Channel, she was a Detective Chief Inspector, leading specialist teams through child protection, sexual offences, and the darkest corridors of human trauma.
25 years of front-line policing trained her nervous system for a level of shadow most spiritual leaders only reference from the outside.
But beneath all this, Jo was already walking with one foot in the field of light.
In 2019, everything cracked open.
What began as Reiki attunement became a full activation of her Light Language channel.
